SANCTURY- The Baths of the Winds

Installation, in lower and upper parts of the Museum of Folk Art – the Baths of the Winds- Athens. Scrolls of hand made japanese paper with ink and natural pigments. The writtings are the words “breath” and “live” in eight languages, Greek, Ottoman, Turkish, Hebrew, Ladino, Armenian , Pontiac and Vlachika. The ethnicities that have lived and formed in the 17th till the 20th centuries the amalgamum of the cities of Salonika and Athens. Maximum hight 550cm. Black and white earthenware ceramics.
